These Barrel bar bags are 9" long by 5" diameter, they have a single row of webbing at the top to strap to your handlebars, a vertical strip of webbing at the back of the bag for attatching the stabiliser lanyard to your head tube and a double row of webbing on the front for strapping stuff to. 
The outside material is 1000d Cordura. The "floating" liner is waterproof Xpac vx21 and is only sewn into the outter bag along the water resistant zipper. the bag also has a layer of closed cell foam sandwiched inside to help it hold its shape.
Bag comes with lanyard strap and two 9" Voile nano straps.
